The Church of Champions began as a dream in the heart of our Founding Pastor, Wendell Hutchins. Pastor Hutchins and his family met with 4 other dreamers, some 20 years ago in their living room. Since our journey began, our growth has transitioned us from meeting in living rooms, a store-front location, and occupying our second sanctuary location at our current campus.
We have been privileged to affect not only thousands of lives in Northwest Houston but throughout the world through our missions and community services. We have experienced growth and unique influence through the extraordinary grace of God!
The Church of Champions is a covering to covenant congregations located throughout North America as well as Africa and the Caribbean. We have churches in Texas, Alabama, New Jersey, Colorado, Hawaii and beyond! These congregations and their leaders share in our vision of getting the good news of Jesus to the entire world!
We started with a heart for Houston, God gave us a heart for the world and now we can’t wait to see what He does next!
